The plain-language rules for buying and using Sweet Pea Digital products.
Sweet Pea Digital sells digital stationery — downloadable PDF planners and trackers that open in any PDF app and print on standard US Letter, sold on sweetpeadigital.com. Buying or downloading anything here means you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.
What you’re buying
- Every product is a digital download — a PDF file. Nothing ships in the mail, and our products are not apps.
- Delivery is instant: your download is on screen the moment payment clears, a receipt with a re-download link goes to your email, and past purchases stay available in My Downloads.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (PayPal, and Paddle.com as merchant of record for card payments). We never see or store your card details.
Your license
- Purchases come with a personal-use license: use your planners on your own devices, print them for yourself and your household, forever.
- Not allowed: reselling, redistributing, sharing the files publicly, or using them in products or services you sell. The files are licensed to you, not transferred.
- Free sheets carry the same personal-use license.
Refunds
Our refund policy is part of these terms, and it’s simple: if you want a refund, email support@sweetpeadigital.com and we refund. If something in the file isn’t working, we’ll offer to fix it first — but the refund is yours if you want it.
Your account & email
- There are no passwords: your purchase email is your account, and signing in works by a one-time code sent to it. Keep access to that inbox — it’s how downloads and receipts reach you.
- Free-sheet signups receive the sheet plus one gentle payday tip a week; every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works forever. Transactional email (receipts, downloads, sign-in codes) is separate.
The boring-but-important part
- Our planners are practical tools, not professional financial advice. Your money decisions are yours.
- We work hard to keep every file correct and every link working (each planner is verified before release), but the products are provided “as is” — our total liability is limited to what you paid for the product.
- All content, design, and files are © Sweet Pea Digital. These terms may be updated as the shop grows; the version on this page is the one in force.
