Refund policy

Short version: ask, and we refund. We don’t hold your money hostage.

If you want a refund, email support@sweetpeadigital.com from the address you bought with, and we’ll process it. No forms, no interrogation, no “have you tried…” hoops. A planner should never cost you peace of mind.

The one thing we’ll offer first

If the problem is that something in the file isn’t working for you — a link misbehaving, trouble importing into your PDF app, a page that doesn’t make sense — tell us, because we can usually fix that the same day and we’d love the chance to. If you’d still rather have the refund, you get the refund.

How it works

• Email support@sweetpeadigital.com with your order number (it’s in your receipt).
• Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with.
• Processing is on our side within a day or two; your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it.

A real person reads every email — usually answered the same day.
